Our focus is Community Interests, Activities and Services to Produce Outstanding, Social, Cultural and Entertainment Events.  Events are focused on enlightening the community through educational and informative materials (for example, plays, documentaries, movies, panel discussion etc). After leaving an event one should feel Empowered by the knowledge they have gained.  This empowerment will bring them to another level which is enhancement.  They are enhanced by the knowledge, understanding and eye opening materials presented.

• Annual Black History Celebration through Poetry, Education, Music, Dance and Art

The Children Hunger Project

BCASCA donates funds to the Children’s’ Hunger Project of Brevard.  We also donate Thanksgiving and Christmas Turkey meals to families during the holiday seasons.

BCASCA School Partnership Program

BCASCA values education.   We are committed in helping to provide students with the foundation they need to be successful today and to adulthood.   The Partnership with Palm Bay and Turner Elementary Schools gives us the opportunity to give back to the community by contributing to the enrichment of our youths.  This is accomplished by:

• Members reading weekly to kindergarteners and first graders.

• Member volunteering to help at Book Fairs, Science Fairs, Career Day, Multicultural Night etc…

• Members donating Christmas gifts during the holiday seasons.

• Children participate in activities held at BCASCA.  For example, Annual Tea Party.

• Reading Workshops
